
Introduction of working principle
The classifier, cyclone separator, dust precipitator and blower constitute a classification system.under the action of fan suction, the material moves from the lower end of the classifier to the classifying zone at high speed with the updraft,under the strong centrifugal force produced by high speed rotating graded turbines to separate coarse and fine materials,fine particles that meet the particle size requirements are collected by the cyclone separator or dust collector through the clearance of the classifying wheel blade,The velocity of some fine particles in the thick zone disappeared after hitting the wall ,then down the barrel wall to the secondary air outlet, through the strong washing effect of the secondary wind, the coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles are raised to the secondary classification in the grading area, and the coarse particles are lowered to the discharge outlet.
